Giuseppe mainly advises national (listed and unlisted), financial and multinational companies. He has extensive experience in advising on commercial disputes relating to all types of contracts (agency agreements, supply contracts, tenders, sales contracts, leasing contracts, consumer contracts, mandates, etc.). Giuseppe is also particularly active in commercial and corporate law, providing his assistance mainly to multinational companies, having also held the role of General Counsel and Head of primary Legal Affairs Departments. He acquired an extensive expertise in drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements and other commercial contracts. He has many years of experience in the field of sustainability (not only on mere compliance) and regulation in the environmental, social and governance fields and, in general, in all aspects of strategic management consulting. He works in English and Spanish.

Member of the Legal Studies Center and of the Labor Commission of the Council of the Bar of Rome.

He graduated in 1997 from the University of Rome La Sapienza. He obtained his Master's degree at the same University, in: Legal Informatics; and in: Consumer Law and Civil Liability. He obtained the a first level Master's degrees at the Ceida Institute in: Business Law; Civil Procedural Law; Labour Law.
